This is an indrajal mantra so it is very powerful and rear mantra. you have to recite this mantra 1000 times to get siddhi. then whenever want to use it recite it 108times while remembering the person whom you want to hypnotise. the mantra is "Aum ang aang ing iing ung uung ring hreeng swaha" this sounds funny but it is real.

for chanting this mantra we should have istha devta or kul devta on our body or without it also we can do it. and i have my own guru then what should i do to active a god on my body for shaking my body like dhaami.
